1. Event Cancellation by the Provider

If the Event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. Notification of the cancellation will be provided as soon as possible, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.

2. Participant Cancellation

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies), participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund at the discretion of the provider. Documentation may be required.

• Any additional fees such as registration or processing fees are non-refundable.
